Where can I get cheap picture frames in Seattle?

I mean Goodwill i guess. Anywhere else?

    That's really a good place to find them, and Value Village, if you're talking cheap that is. You can also go to re-store in ballard: 1440 NW 52nd St

    Thrift stores have TONS for super cheap and often really cool ones with terrible art in them. I've bought most of my "art" as well as home decor there.

    Ross usually has some with the vases, wicker/rattan baskets, centerpieces, fake flowers, and other cheesy decorations.
