Frankincense/Boswelia sacra

I've recently come across some seeds from the Boswelia sacra/Frankincense tree. I've been trying to germinate them by soaking them in hydrogen peroxide for a day and then leaving them in a damp paper towel with some ground up dolomite on a germinating pad in a small ziplock bag. Anyone else out there have any luck trying to grow these finicky plants?

If the parent plant was heavily harvested for resin, that probably drove its fertility rate into the toilet (like 80+% failure). These plants are most easily started from cuttings.

Why, may I ask, did you soak in peroxide?

I have read glowing reviews of how soaking a seed in hydrogen peroxide for a while (8 - 24 hours) helped speed germination time. I'm kinda conducting a pseudo-scientific experiment to see if it's worth trying to germinate things with the help of H2O2. I also soaked a small batch of the Boswellia seeds in regular old filtered water also to see if I had any luck with that.
