If they're blanks or RWs, I'd say give these people a call: http://www.interconnection.org/index.html Their website doesn't specifically mention optical discs, but I bet they could find a use for them. I've heard good stuff about their services and I've donated computer stuff to them in the past. If they're burned, locally at least, you're out of luck. However you can ship your discs to these people: http://www.cdrecyclingcenter.com/information/submissions and it sounds like they recycle as much as can be recycled.
