I love to make Turkish coffee. Does anyone know of a local place where I can buy Turkish ground coffee, preferrably with cardamom already in it?

I currently buy it from a great online store in KY, but I'd much rather find some place near by. Also, I live in Lynnwood. Thank you!

    Yes! The Souk in Pike Place Market - I got both Turkish coffee with cardamom and the nifty pot to brew it in there.

    I doubt you'll find pre-ground Turkish coffee around, as our local coffee culture favors espresso and drip grinds. There are some Middle Eastern grocery stores around, so you might try there.

    However, I think if you go into any good coffee shop that has its own grinder, you can request that your beans be ground for Turkish coffee. (You can also do this in grocery stores with their grinders, but I've had varying luck with store machines.) Add your own cardamom, and you should be set!

    I agree with Myrna, it's gonna be hard to find a place that has readymade beans ground to such a degree as to be suitable for Turkish coffee.

    You can, however, buy your own burr grinder and you're good to go. Some are very affordable.
