Store Bought Pie Crusts

My cheeks burn with shame as I ask this: which is the best brand of pie crust? Trader Joe's?
I just don't have the time or energy to make a pie crust, a yet am determined to make a quiche.

If you have a food processor pie crust takes about 5 minutes to make.

Failing that I would recommend the crust at Grand Central Bakery:

Although I haven't been, Shoofly Pie has been on my list for nearly a year now...I'm assuming a little local company that specializes in Pie would be a good start. Looks like they sell 1lb dough balls for $4, but really why bother w/ that if you don't have the time to roll it out. Looks like they sell a top & bottom pie dough for $7. Best of luck!

Pilsbury has always done right by me. And I'm pretty picky about my desserts.

The ONLY store-bought crusts I've ever thought were any good are those mini-crusts (available in 2", 3" & 4"; sweet or savory) that you can buy in bulk at Big John's Pacific Food Importer's (1001 6th Ave S # B; weird hours). I like to make little pecan pies in the sweet shells -- the shell tastes like a moist little shortbread cookie but doesn't fall apart.
