Where can I get battery-powered christmas lights in Seattle?

I want to string some red and green ones on my bike frame. Target did not have any.

Walgreens (couple of places around town, including B'way & Pine, 15th on the hill) have them for $3.99 or thereabouts for 2AA battery powered short strands. I don't recall seeing any red/green only ones, but they did have some multi-colored ones (red/yellow/green/blue). At the b'way store, I think they're at the end-of-aisle area rather than with the rest of the xmas/seasonal stuff. Small square box, about 3"x3"x.5".

I got a small set of battery-operated lights at Bartell's for about $5.

In the past, Ikea has had small strings of lights powered by quad AA battery packs. Could there be a bicycle wheel powered generator application here?
