How do I unsubscribe from the H&R Block TaxCut mailing list?

Every year around the new year my home receives at least 4 copies of the H&R Block TaxCut CD. So much waste- I can't stand it. How do I get off this stupid mailing list?

    Contact them directly and tell them you want your name removed from their mailing lists. I would recommend either recording the call or sending them a certified letter with return receipt notifying them of said request.

    If you continue to receive unwanted mail from them after requesting to be removed, and you can prove that you've requested to be removed, they are legally liable and you can file suit against them for damages.
