  1 0 This may be a good place to start: http://www.olympusrally.com/ But there are TONS of roads in the PNW that you can do this on. Especially Oregon. The best road that is closest to Seattle that I know of is the North fork County Road that follows the north fork of the Snoqualmie and gets into National Forest land. Hillbilly heaven. But thee are MANY others off of rte 2 etc... The only one in Western Washington is Straddleline ORV Park in Gray's Harbor County. It's near the towns of Elma, Wash. and McCleary, Wash., about 1/2 hour from Olympia. It's a great Off Road Vehicle (ORV) park with over 150 miles of trails. http://www.co.grays-harbor.wa.us/info/orv/index.asp#DrivingDirections The other two are Spokane County (Airway Heights) ORV Park near Spokane; http://www.spokanecounty.org/parks/content.aspx?c=1866 and Horn Rapids ORV Park in Benton County near Richland, WA. http://www.hornrapidsmx.com/ These parks are facilities where you can work with a vendor to rent vehicles and get lessons, etc. Contact the park directly for details about the vendors they work with.   0 0 Nobody is going to rent you a rally car. Racing on dirt is extremely unpredictable and crashing is a when not if proposition. If you're interested in going fast, try one of the on-track racing experiences. If you want an off-road experience, rent a Jeep from a car rental agency and hit an ORV park or get one of those back roads atlases and go exploring on the east side of the mountains. Renting an ATV somewhere out east might be kind of fun too. But forget about driving fast off-road unless you want to make a serious hobby of it.
