I'm coming into this late, but here are some of my favorites:

Alki Bathhouse: Sweet vintage event space right on the beach.

Center for Wooden Boats: Neato floating building on South Lake Union.

Lewis Hall at All Pilgrims Church: Turn-of-century ballroom in the all-are-welcome church on Broadway -- VERY reasonably priced ($300 for full-day rental).

The MV Skansonia: Ferry-turned-event space next to Gasworks Park. You have to order catering with the rental, but there are significant off-peak and midweek discounts, and the food is pretty good.

Try the Seattle city parks. We only paid roughly 100 bucks and had a lovely time. Kubota gardens is lovely.

I found an actual wedding chapel downtown Seattle called Shotgun Ceremonies where you can get married on very short notice. It looks like a pretty cool place on 1st Ave. across from the Central bar in Pioneer Square. www.shotgunceremonies.com

The Bathhouse at Golden Gardens is beautiful - in summer! I went to a wedding there and it was beautiful!

    Fremont Abbey Arts Center

It's an old church building that is now a community arts center, so it's got a little bit of a church-y feel but offers an amazing community space. Beautiful inside!

I like the Tyee Yacht Club on Lake Union. Their caterer is tops, too. I have been to several receptions there - the view is great, the staff is pleasant, and the space is intimate. Parking is a little less generous, but no worse than any other Lake Union venue (Lake Union Cafe, Skansonia).

Well, I may be slightly biased, but you should check out Utina Wardroom. It's brand new and located in the South Lake Union neighoborhood.

I don't know what your budget is, or your tolerance for non-traditional venues, but I've always thought that some of the smaller rental spaces at the Woodland Park Zoo would be awesome for a wedding. Like the Northern Trail Viewing Shelter or Jaguar Cove (tropical!): http://www.zoo.org/Page.aspx?pid=507.
