Old cake decorating segment on Sesame Street?

I had really good luck with this last time I was trying to find something similar, so I'm bringing it back to Q-Land.

Back in the 1980's, on Sesame Street or Mr. Rogers or something similar, I remember a short little segment that showed a guy decorating a cake. No words, just music, and the cake was spinning on a turntable. It was hypnotizing. I can't find that video anywhere on YouTube.

Anyone else remember this?

I'll shut up after this, I promise.

I don't want to admit how much time I spent searching for this, your quest was quite intriguing. However - Zilch results - I gave up.

I try to keep from posting non-informational answers, but wanted you to know I gave it a good try. I was also wondering how you are doing with that swollen knee.

Did it have a jazz drum beat? I've looked in vain or that clip and have never found it.

Did the cake decorating involve the person making a number or letter on the cake? I know what you're talking about but I might be confusing it with another segment on Sesame Street with the actor from The Jeffersons on it who went around painting numbers on things. I would suggest finding a copy of Old School Sesame Street on DVD. There's full episodes so you might find it there.

You might try contacting the Pittsburgh PBS TV station that was affiliated with the production of Mr. Rogers Neighborhood over the years.
