  1 0 A man in North City did a great job on my grandmother's antique rocking chair, and has done several chairs for my parents, including recaning a wicker chair wrecked in a move. Highly recommended! I THINK it is this business here: http://www.whitepages.com/business/gibbons-north-seattle-upholstering-shoreline-wa They're hidden behind the North City fire station.
