How about requiring someone registering to participate here to post a photo or avatar?I have noticed that those quick registrations of new participants that then go on and post a "question" that is actually a veiled advertisement with a link to a product never include a picture or avatar. This is also true of some of the folks that seem to join up and then post poorly written, sarcastic, or unhelpful answers. I know I scan the postings and recognize the images of contributors right away and this helps me to peruse the site. If you required the inclusion of an image in the process of signing up it might eliminate some of these less productive postings or robo-advertisers. |
