There's a cool red one outside the Ballard Locks, next to the Lock Spot.

Man, this has gotten harder since cell phones hasn't it, FrauKessler, or should I say, SUPERMAN!!

Don't worry, I won't tell Lex Luther, but I believe there are booths on Fisherman's Terminal, near Zone Four. They might not be the best for a spandex change, because they don't have doors.

There was also one in the hall of the Benbow Room in West Seattle, I'm not sure if it's still there!

Good luck, stay away from that Kryptonite!

There's one at the Safeway at 3820 Rainier Avenue South - the kind with the white phone on a blue background logo.

There was one at the corner of 2nd and Lenora in Belltown as recently as 2007, but I haven't looked since.
