The only thing I'd change is the boots -- loggers don't like steel-toed boots, because if a log falls on your foot there isn't a steel toe in the world that can protect you, and in fact the weight of the log will pinch that baby flat with ease, thereby removing the entire front half of your foot. A smushed foot can sometimes heal; a pinched-off one, never.
Logger boots are called "corks", which for some reason refers to the metal studs -- protruding nails or screws -- on the sole, for better grip on wet logs. Sort of like cleats, but smaller and more numerous. Nothing to do with cork. Some places call them "calks".
You won't find used corks anywhere that I've ever heard of; you buy them new, from an outfitters like Wood's in Sedro Wooley. They won't have them at Outdoor Emporium.
For a movie you could probably get away with just any old high-topped laceup boots and heavy-duty raingear.
