Where in Seattle can I find grappa?

Let's face it, I'm not gonna get to Venice anytime soon. But I'd like to taste an authentic grappa, does anyone have a suggestion?

The bigger liquor stores should have a few different ones. Call before you go.

Also, just ask any time you're in a bar or at a restaurant with a bar what grappa they have.

I've had good domestic grappa, even good home-distilled local stuff, but, with all respect to Soft Tail and Russ, for "authentic" grappa, I would try Italy.

My favorites have come from Friuli and Veneto, but (maybe fortunately) I haven't tried them all. And some of the authentic ones I've had have been awful.

Soft Tail Spirits of Woodinville makes a Grappa and they have a tasting room where you can sample that and their vodka made from Washington State apples.
Both of these products of theirs won medals at the 2010 World Spirits Competition in San Francisco.

You can but grappa at la Spiga on capital hill, it's all imported straight from northern Italy and you can have some in the restaurant or you can buy it retail from us as well! I love that you like Grappa
