How can you get electrolytes without drinking a nasty sports drink?

Coconut water! My new favorite drink. More electrolytes than sports drinks; more potassium than a banana. And so good (if you like the taste of coconut.. if you don't, I don't understand you at all).

I often make my own with honey, sea salt, and lemon. If that doesn't do it for you- chocolate milk really is awesome. I use it as a recovery drink for long runs.

Definitely look at chocolate milk. There are several studies that have found it as effective as sports drinks.

Mineral water. The original, the best. You might have to acquire a taste for it, but it's worth it.

Beer. The alcohol also acts as a great anesthetic for hard exercise.

Chocolate milk. I wouldn't recommend chocolate milk during hard exercise, but instead after as a recovery drink .

Any salty food. French fries taste especially amazing when craving salt and needing calories.

You can actually just go to the vitamin store and buy electrolytes as a supplement the same way you would buy Vitamin C or anything else. I pour some of the powder into my tea after PT and it doesn't have much texture, zero taste.

Eat salt and quit being a sissy.
I saw people go down from water intoxication in the Marine Corps. (Due to massive exertion and overhydration without necessary electrolyte intake.)
    Fix it easily:
Drink water: eat salt with your food. If you don't like salt on your food: drink some Coca-Cola watered down 50% or some Gatorade.
If you don't like these options, you can...

A: Get IV rehydration at the hospital
    B: Die.
