Where can I find dehydrated cheese powder?

I know, it sounds weird, but it is amazing. This is basically the cheese dust that you get on SmartFood popcorn and other cheesy-crunchy-snacky things. I found some dehydrated white cheddar powder in Detroit a few months back at a bulk dry goods shop, and have been eating it on popcorn. Now I'm almost out and I NEED MORE.

Do you know where I might find some in the Seattle area without resorting or ordering online? The shop in Detroit doesn't have a web presence, and none of the fancy grocery stores have it, nor does Penzey's Spices, in the market.

Central Market on Westminster Way and Aurora (~165th, in the same plaza as Sears) has it in bulk. I've also seen it at a few PCCs and other places that offer bulk items.

You can buy it in bulk at Madison Market.
