There's this little mercado on Greenwood Ave, Tienda Latina Tres Compas, right past 85th. last time I was in there looking for giant marshmallows(a few months ago) they had several weird-looking pinatas.

Display & Costume definitely has some: http://www.displaycostume.com/store/home.php?cat=

I bought a (number-shaped) pinata there last month.

Lots of places in White Center and Burien have them--try Guadalupe Market on SW 128th Street at Ambaum, for one. I've also seen them hanging in the window at El Habanero Products/Tienda Mexicana at 14830 1st Ave S. (just south of the end of Hwy 518).

Champion in lower q.anne/belltown. You have to look up to find them. But once you start, jackpot! They are everywhere. I got a good shark one a few years back.
