Crazy specific This American Life music question

My friend is going nuts.  She heard these six piano notes in a recent episode of the This American Life podcast and is convinced that it is from a movie soundtrack she can't place.  I don't expect anyone to know this, but on the off chance that someone does, she will bake cookies and send them to me, and I will make her send you some too.

The music starts at 44:16.

    Same episode of TAL, but the music starts right around 26:20, Connie Britton is talking through the first 15 seconds and around 26:35 the music takes center stage....does anyone know that song? It's been driving me crazy.
