What's the best wireless internet to use?

Are there wireless cards for laptops that are prepaid so I don't have to sign a contract? I don't use my laptop enough to sign up for a monthly service. But sometimes would like to use my Netflix on my laptop or just surf. I looked into AT&T's card and it said I still needed a two year contract, that's not really something I wanted. Does anyone know of a service that would help me out?

    ABSOLUTELY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD YOU GET CLEAR INTERNET. Seriously, I don't care if they're giving away puppies - the hardware is shit, the service is horrible, and the customer care is abhorrent. Just look at the forums on the FAQ section of their website, like 90% of it is people just swearing. And with good reason.

    As far as what you should do, I have no input.
