Recommendations for a relatively healthy drink mix?

I need to drink a lot of fluids, but straight tap water doesn't do it for me. To get around this, I drink straight tap water Flavored with Stuff.

I used to use powdered Gatorade, but I'm trying to taper off that because there's a lot of sugar in it (even when I mix it pretty thinly).

My favorite mix at the moment is Crystal Light Peach Mango Green Tea. Go ahead and laugh, it's delicious. This is sugar free, but it does use artificial sweeteners (aspartame).

Any recommendations for other mixes I could try? I'm avoiding bottled anything due to transportation costs (weight) and overuse of plastics.

Homemade iced tea works really well.

Here's another mix that I like. Add the following to a tall glass:

    1. A tablespoon of lemon.
    2. A few shakes of cinnamon.
    3. A few dashes of nutmeg.
    4. A teaspoon (not heaping) of raw sugar.
    5. Fill glass 3/4 full with cold water.
    6. Stir.
    7. Fill to the brim with ice.

Kind of like a lemony horchata without all the starch. Balance to your own preferred taste.

Another good mix is a few squeezes of lemon or lime and some mottled mint leaves in a tall glass of ice-water. The mint and citrus add enough taste that you don't really need to sweeten it up.

No mix! Fresh lemon, lime, or orange slices! Add a tiny touch of honey or raw sugar if desired. You can also freeze the slices and use them as you would ice cubes.

Cucumber, fresh mint, fresh ginger, even cilantro or basil are all great additions as well.

Your remoteness is quite a challenge. How about just plain old tea? You can make it hot, or make jugs of iced tea. Sweeten as much or as little as you want. Because of your situation, high-quality teas may be unavailable, but surely you can get something in tea bags. There are even acceptable decaffeinated teabags. Surely you can get lemons?

I love the idea of frozen lemon, lime, and orange slices; I'm going to try that myself right away.

I was going to suggest a Sodastream (I have one and love it), but, if you're that remote, it might not be a good option.

Can you get stuff shipped to you? Sodastream has sugar-free fruit flavors you can add to your water. I like the lemon/lime. The raspberry and orange are good when mixed together.
