Seattle Parking Ticket

So the other day I got a notice from a collections agency saying I had an unpaid parking ticket. The funny thing is I never got the ticket. It seems unfair that I am required to pay a ticket I never was notified about. Is there anyone I can talk to about getting this rectified? I dont want to pay the collections agency fee. Its not like I willing ignored the ticket. If I truly got the ticket I would pay the fine (even though they are ridiculous, I swear they hide those zone permit signs under foliage.) Plus I don't want to provide a living for those god damn leaches.

    I'm not sure about what happens once it goes to collections but if you can appeal and then go to city hall and talk with one of the judges. It's an extremely easy process and you'll most likely get off with a small fine or get it written off. That is, if you can get it kicked back out of the collections process. Good luck.
