There's also an excellent South Indian place right next to Pam's Kitchen. I can't remember the name of it and it looks like a convenience store from the outside but their Dosa's are delicious and you can get it with Goat.

La Botana on Greenwood. The birria is goat. Most places in the area make theirs with beef or lamb. Both are good (try the lamb birria at La Estacion in Burien) but goat is better.

Casa El Dorado in Everett, in a strip mall on East Casino Road (but confusingly west of Evergreen) is even better, but it's further. If you go, buy a bag of tortillas to take home; you've probably never had better ones.
