What can I do if my landlord megafails on providing heat/hot water?I don't live in WA. But, still. I love my apartment but in the 6 months I've lived here I've spent at least 10 days without hot water. I'm not sure why. The landlord says he "oops" ran out of oil, then the water is hot the next day, then back to no hot water. I think the guy is just a spazz so I don't really want to have his head for inconveniencing me (& making me skip shampooing...) but, what the heck?! Any help? |
