  0 0 I've gotten tickets for it so many times... probably not worth the risk. The same goes for fire hydrants. Bellevue, Bellevue, and Bellevue... it's all residential down there, and parking is terrible, so they were always enforcing it pretty intensely. I've gotten away with some ridiculous parking jobs further towards Pike/Pine though.
