I don't know about 'mass' but at least a few hundred? Chloe Barker commented 11 months ago | Report 0 0 Well, I'm sorry that I actually don't know any printing houses in Seattle that print AND bind/make board books. But if you print the pages on regular printing paper, any bookbinders can make board books for you. The problem is that they may not be able to make hundreds at a time because they make them by hand. Chloe Barker commented 11 months ago | Report 0 0 Board books are simple thing to make, so bookbinders can make them look just like the commercial board books if you printed the pages nice. :-) Anyway, if you want to spend less on your project, yet want to use a company within the United States (unfortunately I don't know any in Seattle area..) I'd suggest to contact Thomson Shore in Michigan. Many of my friends who self publish in relatively small numbers use this company - they are very affordable, yet create decent quality products. Even if they don't do Board books, I'm sure they'd know whom to refer. Seems like affordable options are only overseas. I think I might try to see what cost is involved and what machines are needed to produce them.
