Is the Gay pride flag fundraiser Non-profit? Can I claim it as a tax deduction?

The Pride Needle fundraiser is cool, and I've got some money to give to charity. However, I want to give my money where it'll have the most impact - Employer matching and (selfishly) Tax deductions for me. All are 501(c)(3) so donation to the individual charities is tax deductible. Donating to this should also be.
