Where can I find a Frou Frou, the Dutch sandwich cookie, in Seattle?

Frou Frou's have two almond cookies sandwiching chocolate or vanilla creme filling. They're like French macarons, but the cookies have a different texture and the filling is more like a buttercream. Had one for the first time this weekend and they were delicious! But that was in Victoria. Know where I can find one in Seattle?

    You might be able to get a bastardized packaged version and Cost Plus.
