Where can I find Vegan burritos in Seattle?

I recently started dating a vegan and we were talking about how awesome burritos are and she claims there is no where in Seattle that has vegan burritos. Is she right or has she just not found the right place?

Bimbo's on Capitol Hill, El Chupacabra and Gordito's in Greenwood have really good vegan burritos.

Wayward in the U District and Highline on Capitol Hill have really good breakfast burritos.

Taco Del Mar, Taco Time, Chipotle all have vegan burritos if those count.

Watch out for Rancho Bravo - they have a habit of putting meat in their "vegetariano" food EVERY time.

El Chupacabra in West Seattle and Phinney/Greenwood has amazing vegan mexican food, including burritos. You can get them with vegan Daiya cheese, and vegan fake steak and chicken, etc.

I'm sure there must be others, but I do know that any of the Taco Del Mar shops have vegan options. Check out Gordito's as well, on 85th in Greenwood neighborhood.

Bang Bang Cafe in Belltown! They have vegan and meat eater options. Their burritos are pretty dang good, too...they smother them in New Mexico style chile sauce. YUM.

Well, what is she looking for vegan food or Mexican food. In my time as a vegan they don't overlap much and you have to be in California for it to happen at all.

However there are plenty of vegetarian and vegan restaurants that offer good burritos just not very authentic.I would recommend Sunlight Cafe on Roosevelt. (They have a couple of options just ask it too be made vegan) Also hillside quickie in the u district has one i think. Silent-Heart-Nest in Fremont has a breakfast burrito too.
