  0 0 It's not exactly in Seattle, but if you're touring around the San Juans, Cousin Vinny's in Friday Harbor (tiny little place next to the chili pepper store) makes very Italian canoli. For something a little more "fancy", the Coho just up the street sometimes has them on the menu. The kahlua ones were especially decadent.
