Under 21 clubs in Seattle?

Anyone have good reccommendations? Particularly ones where it is above 21 friendly? My sister is under 21, I am not. :)

    I know both Neighbor's (gay bar) and Club Seven are 18 and up. However I have never been to either and don't know what they are like.
