Braunschweiger from a butcher?

I occasionally get braunschweiger in a yellow wrapper from QFC. It is actually pretty good, but I would love to try some excellent braunschweiger. Does anyone know of an in-house maker - a butcher or a german restaurant or something? (In Seattle)

Rainshadow Meats in the Melrose Market building on Capitol Hill makes wonderful liverwurst and might even do braunschweiger (which is usually smoked) if you ask them. The owner, Russ Flint, is a great guy, and will go out of his way to take care of his customers. Check them out, on Melrose between Pike and Pine.

The Bavarian Deli in the Market has braunschweiger and plenty of other meat products. It's certainly better than QFC.
