cheap access to a wheel and kiln

looking for cheap or free or free for labor access to a kiln and pottery wheel possibly with some advice on wheel techniques it's been several years since my limited wheel work

    Ballard community center. If you know what you're doing, you can ay for drop in studio time, if not they offer classes, but I assume you know what you're doing
