What's the deal with the painted lady busker in Pike Place Market?

I was walking into the Pike entrance today (Sunday), and passed an exquisitely costumed woman. Her entire person was painted a deep bronze, more like a painting than a statue, and she wore an elaborate bronze gown. Her gaze was hauntingly fixed on the horizon as she wafted through the crowd.

I go through the market often, and have never run into her before. Has anybody else seen her before? If so, know what times she 'performs'? Picturesque, for sure.

I've never seen the woman you're describing, but she sounds like a living statue: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Living_statue

If you remember where you saw her performing, you could ask some of the nearby vendors if they've seen her around. She may not have a fixed schedule.

She's usually out there on the weekends in the afternoon.
