  2 0 While I do not know for certain, I would imagine that our overly diligent pain in the fucking ass liquor control board would not allow free booze under any circumstances. Having said that, I should think that those bars that would give a free drink would do so largely to regulars or if you came in with a large party bent on getting loaded (and spending $$).
