    Full Throttle Bottles is a great place to check for canned beers. I'm not absolutely sure they have Fat Tire in a can but they do have New Belgium in cans. It's a great place to check out. If you are a beer drinker it is a place near heaven.

    What area of town are you in? Seattle has a lot of good beer stores and any might carry it - I'd just call ahead. FTB (as noted) is in Georgetown. Bottleworks (Wallingford), Big Star (Greenwood/Aurora), Chuck's (85th in Greenwood), or Pike Street Beer & Wine (Capital Hill) all might have it.

    But if you insist, you can probably find what you seek at The Beer Junction. They've got over 1,000 beers and if they don't have it, they'll order it for you.
