Jiggly bra boobs?

I've seen various ladies around the city walking around with some serious boob jiggle -- not the top boob jiggle that can come with full breasts or with a push-up bra, but like, entire rack bouncing up and down in unison as they stride along.

I'm confused how they manage to look this way. They're always obviously wearing bras; there is the definite presence of padded and/or molded cups, plus possible underwires. It's not a case of lacy, barely-there cloth bralettes.

My boobs are always secure. Even a light jog catching the bus does not elicit much jiggle. Especially in this super hot weather, it makes me feel like a giant unwomanly square.

I don't think it's necessarily a matter of size ... certainly, some of these ladies seem to be C cups, but it seems to go for B cups as well.

Is it a matter of fit? Are these women wearing poorly fitted bras?

Do any ladies here know what's going on?

    Wait.

    What "super hot weather"?

It's probably the difference between full-coverage high-quality bras, and cheaper or less-coverage bras.

As a girl who is well-endowed, I need to wear expensive full-coverage bras that run upwards of $70 per bra. Your $20 pink frilly thing from Victoria's Secret just isn't going to be as well made, nor offer the same kind of support. I've found that the fabric in cheap bras tends to "relax" much more quickly, so after a couple months of wear, they no longer offer the same support.

As for less coverage, I have one balconette style bra that just doesn't offer the same support (but does offer the bounce you talk about, which can be useful in certain circumstances).

I wonder if it a question of how much pressure is on them from the front? I wear balconette bras and have a lot of jiggle going on, even though they are well fitted and the girls are firmly placed in the cups.
The only way I don't have jiggle is when I wear sports bras that squish the girls close to my chest.

It's a fit issue. Chances are the cup is the right size, but the band is too small or too large. The straps are probably not adjusted properly, either.

There's also the issue of bounce v. jiggle. Bounce implies a sports-bra like uni-boob that moves independently of the rest of the body. Jiggle is more in concert(?) with the rest of the body. Does that make sense?

I jiggle a lot, but that's because my boobs are kind of high up on my chest and the full-coverage bras that would eliminate jiggle completely would make wearing anything but a crew neck impossible. Which would only serve to make me look even bigger than I am.
