ok im trying to find this old cartoon i used to watch

the characters were cartoonish and were kind like a paper character. The main girl had shoulder length red hair if i'm not mistaken. It always took place at her school where there was a popular girl who had Blonde curly hair and always made fun of her. The faces of the characters looked as if they were real people faces but the body cartoonish. It was on nickoldean i wanna say the main characters name was susie please please please help me i wanna find this show again

    if I'm thinking right it was on ABC family called Angela Anaconda! oh man! I LOVED that show!!? totally forgot about it....

    Former Nickelodeon Programming

    Look through the categories on the lists in each section - each one has separate links and most show a photo of the main characters. 

    A request like this sends me back to a cartoon series I used to watch from long ago, Beany and Cecil (Beany was a little kid and Cecil was a seasick sea serpent). Every time Cecil had to rescue Beany in trouble he would yell out, "I'm comin' Beany Boy!".
