Where can I buy evil eye beads or charms?

I'm looking for the blue circular glass ones which are traditionally middle eastern. I just need to beads not part of a bracelet or hanging. Where can I get these at a good price? If not specifically should I look at a flea market, a bead shop or else where? I haven't done much bead shopping so I don't know where the best prices are.
