How does Boe the Scarf Guy get into ticketed events?

We all know and love Boe the Scarf Dancer, and see him at nearly every Seattle event. But how does he get into the ones that require tickets? I saw him at Bumbershoot last year, and I'm just really curious. Does someone pay for his ticket, or does he get in for free?

    He's Bo. Bo gets in free.

    If Bo doesn't get in free, he just starts dropping scarves. By the time his saggy asscheeks start to show, you will do anything to make him stop.

    He volunteers for many local arts organizations. I'm sure he just works a shift or two for Bumbershoot and then they let him in for free.

    You can also commission him to naked scarf dance at your birthday party...but that's a story for another time.
