Can you recommend an affordable (<=$40) hair cutting place in North Seattle

For reasons that probably aren't interesting to most people I need a new place to get my hair cut. I am female with non-complicated (mediumly wavy) hair and am looking for a place to get my hair cut (no color or other fancy stuff) near the Wedgwood/Ravenna/U-dist area. Can you help me?

    Derby Salon on Roosevelt near the Whole Foods. The price depends on who your stylist is so tell the person making the appt how much you want to spend. However if you're willing to pay about $60 Nicole is the best hair stylist I've ever had, and I have similar hair to yours.

    You have two affordable options on University Way NE between the 5200 block and the 5700 block: Ten Pachi Modern, and Tracy's Hair Studio. Reviews of their salons quote $25 and $25-$45 for a women's haircut.

    Although I've not been to either, I had as lately as last week been searching cheaper yet still good quality cuts, and had considered these listings. (I ended up staying with my stylist, for reasons that wouldn't interest anyone ;-))
