What's the best and cheapest place near Capitol Hill to get my eyebrows threaded?

I live in NYC most of the time and I'm used to readily available, under $10 eyebrow threading. Does this not exist in Seattle? Where can I get it done?

There is a place called Khoobsurat with a location just north of Seattle in Mill Creek/Bothell area near the Fred Meyers on Bothell Everett Hwy. The owner and her employees are from India and they do a great job. 5 bucks for brows and 3 for the upper lip. I have not gone to her new location in Mill Creek, but I frequented her former location for almost 5 years. She used to be down in Kent, but she sold the old location to someone else who also does threading. The shop in Kent is now a bit more expensive, like 7 for the brows and 5 for lip.
My friend goes to Mill Creek spot every other week and she loves the women. See, the reason we stopped going to Kent is because after years of going, one day we went and the ladies we knew were all gone! There was a different woman working. She told us the former owner sold to them. We got our brows done there for the last time because I didn't care for the new owner. She was on her cell the whole time she was threading us! Bitch.
So my brow buddy moved to Mill Creek two years ago and called me excitedly, telling me she saw the new Khoobsurat with the old owner! My friend got her brows done and said it was still cheap. I need to get up there since I have not gone in years and its closer to my house than Kent. I recommend it more than any other local salon. If you can't travel that far, you might want to try sugaring. Sugar Sugar in Ballard is good. There are also several salons that offer sugaring on the Hill. Check out Yelp.
