I have bought Bob's Red Mill blue corn meal from PCC locally; a great producer and a great source. Win-Win. Your corn bread will be DELISH !!

I ended up ordering Blue Corn meal from Bob's Red Mill directly because I could only find their yellow corn meal locally. There is the expense of shipping but I wanted Teff flour for baking for my parrots as well as some other products. They are right down in Portland OR so the wait is short.

I didn't see blue corn flour specifically but you can do a quick search on their site for all corn products.

Fair warning, the blue corn bread comes out more gray than blue, but is great tasting! Try Michael's Best Cornbread Recipe Ever, it is great. On QLand here. I substitute whole wheat pastry flour for the white flour component. I made it for a wedding BBQ reheasal feast (at a farmhouse setting) and folks came up to me repeatedly and said it was the best thing served on the table.
