Who's got the best food at happy hour?

I'm not a big drinker, but I do like food! Where can I find a good happy hour food menu?

I was pretty impressed with the Metropolitan Grill http://www.themetropolitangrill.com/menus/bar/ . You might need to order an overpriced drink or two, but the snacks were great, the portions were substantial, and the cost was surprisingly okay. I went away full and happy--and at their regular menu prices, it's the closest I'm going to get to a meal there!

Hi Life in Ballard has one of the best, as far as I'm concerned. $4 or $5 for mac and cheese, amazing pizzas, salmon burger, etc. All day Tuesday, and 3-6:30 every other day. I miss it always.

I think Carmelita on Phinney Ridge has the best happy hour in town, TU-SU, 5-7pm. In addition to great cocktails, the food really stands out as fresh, healthy, inexpensive and DELICIOUS. You can also order off the regular menu, so it is possible to mix and match for a substantial and affordable meal. Also happens to be totally vegetarian- and vegan-friendly. Airy, cleane atmosphere. You simply can't go wrong.

Sea star in the whole foods complex on westlake has super yummy fish (and wonderfly odd deviled eggs topped with roe).

In that same complex tutta bella pizza is like half off for their pizzas

Japonessa by SAM has a great sushi happy hour.

Seconding The Met too, but it fills up quick.

six arms and dad watson's don't have super cheap beer specials, but their food specials are fantastic! there's crack in their chicken strips.

the pink door is a winner, too - super cheap delicious dishes. plus super cute girls. you can't go wrong.

Root Table, in Ballard, reduces that price of their tapas style dishes, which are all pretty good. Their drinks aren't half bad, either.
