What kind of aircraft is this ?

I just happened to find this on YouTube... Something's strange about this aircraft. How is this flying?

    More specifically, it's a Sikorsky Skycrane: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sikorsky_S-64_Skycrane

    It is a very odd-looking chopper even when it doesn't appear to have stationary rotors.

    A helicopter that the rotational speed of the rotors were very closely synced with the frame rate of the camera recording the event, so that the rotors don't appear to be turning very much at all.

    Remember the westerns where the wheels of the stagecoach appear to be rotating backwards because of the same effect with the manual movie cameras of the time.
