Is there an Orchard where i can buy seasoned apple wood from in Washington

    I recently visited Wenatchee for the first time. Went to an awesome Italian Restaurant there and they had many cords of seasoned applewood outside. They put it in the exterior door to their ovens to fuel the fire, with awesome results.

    So my guess would be Eastern Washington, and Wenatchee specifically. I understand if that is too far away, but if you want me to ask my friend in Wenatchee exactly where to buy that wood, I'd be happy to do so. Google brings up all the restaurants who use apple wood...but not the source of where they buy it.
