Who do I contact to report (and get action on) an unlawful/discriminating/incompetent state worker? In general: how does one complain about a state employee who's practicing unlawful policy / being amazingly incompetent? Specifically an L and I dept claim manager.
I might fantasize about this guy's head on a pike, but it would simply suffice to have my claim benefits restored and having him (or someone else) actually do the job of payng out my insurance benefits.
