Whats the delay on artisttrusts GAP grant?

It seems like it's awfully late this year. In the past I thought they were announced around beginning of sept. The due date was may. It is October now. Does anyone know what's going on? I actually broke the no contact rule to try and get an answer but no reply and I think the new grant (arts innovator awards) was just announced and I thought the due date on that one was after the GAP was due. But maybe I'm misremembering since I'm so stressed about weather I'll be able to finish an upcoming show to the ability it should be not just what I can afford to set in my piggybank each month
