Place on Capitol Hill to rent out for a birthday party?

It's my birthday in a couple weeks and I'd like to rent out a small space to do some drinking and dancing. Ideally I'm looking for something like Shorty's or the Rendezvous, where you can put a couple hundred dollars down and as long as your guests drink that amount, you get your dollars back. However, I'd prefer something on the hill instead of in Belltown. I've heard you can rent out an upper level of Grimm's. Anyone have any thoughts?

Talk to Quinn's about their event space nextdoor: Sole Repair. Not sure what it costs, but it is lovely.

Barca on 11th Ave., upstairs, is a good place, and it can be free to rent on weekday nights.

Soul Repair, on 10th, is also good. I don't know the rental arrangement there, but I've been to a few events in that space.

Garage on Broadway (bowling & billiards, but several event rooms too).

    How many people?

It's in Belltown, but Tia Lou's rents out the super cool space on their roof (comes with those pretty tents) for only a few hundred dollars. I really dig their music.
Havana rents out too, but I'm not too sure about that crowd.

The Living Room on Olive. Small and I think pretty cheap too.
