How can I make my Harry Potter costume original?

I'm going to be Harry for Halloween (I'm female). As of now I have the glasses, a maroon/gold tie, a white shirt, a black skirt, and maroon tights. I'm planning on drawing a scar on my forehead too.
But I don't want the costume to just be another lame Sexy Harry Potter get-up.
I don't really want to have any props 'cause I just end up leaving them around over the course of the night.
Does anyone have ideas for me given what I have? I'm willing to buy a few more things if it means a kick-ass costume.

Make a fake book cover called "Boob Magic: How to magically grow your very own set", unbutton your shirt a bit (with push-up bra if necessary) to make yourself a bit more chesty, and walk around like an excited, sex-starved teenage boy, ogling his own breasts all night, as if you've just discovered something wonderful.

Yeah. I know. There's a prop. (The book). But I guarantee there won't be another chesty potter at the party. Perfectly reasonable costume idea. Perfectly reasonable.

How about Harry Potter...20 years Later...where are they now?

Like you could go as an Emma Watson who lost all her money and is now robbing convenience stores.

Make a rubber hand and forearm (use cold foam latex from display and costume) - and of course tuck your own arm inside the robes - and go as Recently Healed By GilderoyLockhardt Harry.

Add an invisibility cloak? What about the moleskin pouch from Hagrid hung round your neck?

Try wearing an extra long knit wool scarf, al la Tom Baker in Dr. Who... cause Mrs. Weasley just doesn't know when to stop knitting!

The only real originality you'll get out of a HP costume is imaginatively expanding upon the base costume from the movies (and which you've described). How might Harry modify his attire as part of his daily life? Would he pull on a Quidditch jersey before practice? What about the jumper that Mrs. Weasley knit for him for Christmas?
